Terms & Condition

  • Pricelist is for personal use only.

  • Minimum 50% upfront payment is required.

  • 1x Major revisions only at Skecth stage (changing pose, compotition, character bacground etc)

  • 3x free minor revision after the sketch is approved. Additional minor revisions will be charged $10 each.

  • Estimated delivery time is 1–6 weeks, depending on artwork complexity.

  • Do not sell, redistribute, claim, copy, or edit the commissioned artwork without my permission.

  • For commercial use, an additional fee will apply based on how the artwork is used.

  • I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio or on social media with credit, unless you request privacy (e.g., VTuber debut or similar cases).

  • The commissioned artwork may not be used for NFTs, blockchain-related purposes, or AI training.

  • After you send all references and a detailed brief, I will send a rough sketch for your approval.

  • Once approved, payment is required before proceeding to the next stages.

  • I will provide progress updates at each stage: sketch, clean sketch, base color, render, and final.

  • No refunds will be given unless I cancel or cannot complete the commission.

  • Payment only via Paypal/BCA ID
